Estar is an innovation sourcing tool tailor made for RS for cusotmer BOM matching automatically online.

At anytime, anywhere, sales and support staffs can input volumns of BOM with great ease. All they need to do is log on and upload the BOM. After technical support staffs accepted the requests, E-star will automatically screen the database as per the product keywords and produce the matched results.

Based on technical supports' feedback, sales staffs can go back to the customers with quotes on the core range products very quickly. The remaining products will have to be processed by the sourcing team in the next phase.

As soon as a sourcing specialist receives request, he/she can look through historical records, existing suppliers and even external websites within the tool itself. Once the supplier is confirmed, Estar can integrate multiple requests and issue a consolidated RFQ to suppliers for quotes. Suppliers' feedback can also be put in the system by batches.

When the sourcing results are obtained from suppliers, E-Star can help sales quote in an agile way. The quote can be generated through multiple dimensions, gross profit, total value etc. Sales can even formulate the base costs on top of the quotes from multiple suppliers.

The embeded dashboard is a real-time indicator of our efficiency, customer purchase behavior, and supplier base etc. The user interface can be persoanlized to monitor BOM processing.

Estar is equipped with a workflow chart to inform every user of the latest progress in a precise manner. Estar also allows users to leave messages and attach file to facilitate the communication across functions.
