Located in the northeast of the core area of Shenyang city, Shenyang xxx Endoscope Co., Ltd. covers a floor area of 19,000 sq m respectively. The Company has set up 14 functional departments and 5 workshops specialized in machining, bench work, optical part fabrication, endoscope assembly and medical electric equipment assembly, respectively. The Company has 300 employees, of which more than 100 are technicians with a senior or intermediate professional title. Meanwhile, there has formed a team of technical workers dedicating to the production and manufacturing of endoscope and minimally invasive operation system.

“Measuring hysteroscope”, as a Chinese patent for invention applied for by Shenda in the 1980s, is the first patent obtained by us after the patent law went into effect; in 1990s, fiber optic cystoscope was first developed by us, attracting the attention from Wu Jieping, vice-chairman of NPC Standing Committee; in 2009, our R&D institution was recognized as “Research Center for Medical Endoscope Engineering of Liaoning Province” by Liaoning Provincial Development and Reform Commission; from 1998 to 2018, the Company was recognized for consecutive 20 years as “New and High-tech Enterprise” by the Department of Science and Technology of Liaoning Province. All these honors signify the progress, development and growth of Shenda.

Advanced productivity and increasing scale of production are important signs for an enterprise to make progress. In recent years, the Company introduced advanced machining equipment, and testing and measuring instruments from domestic and foreign manufacturers, trained a host of technical talents proficient in operating the latest smart equipment and instruments.
During production and machining, the Company is using high-precision NC production equipment in place of engine lathes. These NC production equipment includes turn-milling composite machining center, five-axis linkage machining center, laser welding machine, vacuum plating machine, German high-precision milling machine, edge grinding machine, high-precision non-contact measuring device and full-automation eccentricity detector, etc. These modern, smart, high-precision production and testing equipment not only helps improve the Company’s product yield and quality rapidly, but also provides essential hardware conditions and a strong foundation for its sustainable development.

After years of practice and efforts, the Company has owned advanced design ideas and leading technologies in the field of endoscopes, and applied them to the manufacture of medical endoscopes. With these ideas and technologies, Shenda has overcome many difficulties in the manufacture of key parts and components. Shenda owns the following exclusive technologies: machining of high-precision micro lens and complex precision parts; full-automation professional testing devices; full high-definition imaging technology and large-scale product assembly line.

Shenda is the first Chinese enterprise who developed international-leading high-precision and high-speed machining technology for micro optical components elements and full high-definition digital image processing technology.
