xxx航电枢纽，xxx Navigation-power Hub,位于衡阳市上游39公里的衡南县云集镇，located in Yunji Town, Hengnan County, 39 kilometers upstream of Hengyang City, 项目总投资约29.54亿元，with a total investment of about 2.954 billion yuan,是一个以航运为主、航电结合，兼有交通、灌溉和供水、旅游等资源综合利用的工程，is a works of comprehensive utilization relying on navigation and in combination with transportation, irrigation, water supply, tourism and other resources.由船闸、泄水闸、电站、鱼道、坝顶工作桥和枢纽湘江大桥等组成。It is composed of ship lock, water release gate, power station, fish way, dam crest service bridge and the hub Xiangjiang Bridge.
