迪拜这样一个充满发展机遇的城市，其建造手段同样也有转型升级的诉求，本工程将大规模采用智能装配式建造技术，像制造汽车一样建造整个园区。

Dubai is a city full of development opportunities. As its construction methods also demand transformation and upgrading, this project will adopt intelligent assembly construction technology in a large scale --- to build an architecture as a vehicle.

新一代装配式结构体系，使用可回收的低碳环保材料，大规模的工业化生产。在主体结构建造的过程中，高度集成的机电设备、智能隔墙、智能家具等同步在工厂中生产，现场完成整体装配，在极短的时间内高效地搭建起一座座空中花园。为使用者(原词：业主)带来了虚拟设计、装配施工、数字化交付和大数据运营的全新体验。

The new generation of fabricated structural system uses recyclable low-carbon eco-friendly materials and large-scale industrialized production. In the construction process of the main structure, highly integrated electromechanical equipment, intelligent partitions, and intelligent furniture are simultaneously produced in factory. The integral assembly on-site can efficiently build gardens in the air in a short time and bring new experiences to users in virtual design, assembled construction, digital delivery and big-data operations.

园区设置人工智能、新能源、绿色材料、智能交通、新农业、物联网等六大未来科技体验展馆。同时还包括集成各类高新科技的未来科技产业园。将人工智能(AI)、人脸识别自助超市、智能家居、量子通信技术、5G网络、智能电网、智能教育、智能转换、智慧城市、无人驾驶、虚拟现实（VR）技术等最先进的高新科技进行展示及应用，让人们体验到高新科技给日常生活带来的便利。

Dubai Future City consists six future science and technology experience showrooms, including artificial intelligence, new energy, green materials, intelligent transportation, new agriculture, and the Internet of Things. Meanwhile, it has a future science and technology industrial park integrating all sorts of cutting-edge technologies. Through the application of artificial intelligence (AI), face recognition self-service supermarket, smart home, quantum communication technology, 5G network, smart grid, smart education, intelligent transition, smart city, unmanned driving, as well as virtual reality (VR), residents and visitors can experience the convenience high technology brings to daily life.

在园区将配套布置AI酒店及智能办公区，采用AI高科技术打造智慧客房。客户从酒店预订、入住、退房全程均由智能机器人跟踪服务。真正实现无人值守、全程智能化服务的AI酒店。

AI Hotel and smart business area will be arranged in the park, and AI high-tech technology will be used to build smart rooms. Customers from the hotel reservation, check-in, check-out are tracked by intelligent robots follow-up service. This AI Hotel will make unattended and full-time intellectualized service become a reality.

每栋智能住宅均围绕绿化庭院，布置成规整的矩形，平均高度为7层。居住单元尽量标准化，强调建造和使用的效率。屋面满铺太阳能板，提供清洁能源，同时形成建筑遮阳，应对迪拜炎热的气候。在建筑屋面和太阳能板之间，设置屋顶花园。智能住宅每个标准层设置两个绿色客厅，为目标人群提供惬意的休闲交往空间。这样绿化庭园、绿色客厅、屋顶花园共同构建立体的绿色空间，一栋栋智能住宅就是一片片沙漠绿洲。

Each smart residence embraces a green courtyard, which are arranged in a regular rectangle with an average height of 7 floors. Residential units are standardized as much as possible, focusing on the efficiency of construction and use. The roof is covered with solar panels, which not only provides clean energy but also forms a building shade to cope with Dubai's hot climate. A roof garden is distributed between the roof and solar panels. Each standard floor of smart residences is designed with 2 green living rooms so as to provide relaxing space for young people to rest and communicate. In this way, courtyard garden, roof garden, and green living rooms collectively build a three-dimensional green space, making each smart residence an oasis in the desert.

在商业零售区的“树干”部分，集成了绿色智能的公共交通系统。其干道由悬挂于7米高度的“智能轨道交通”列车构成；支路由AI电动车构成，两者无缝连接，覆盖整个社区，社区内将见不到任何一辆私人的车辆。

In the "trunk" part of the commercial & retail area, a green intelligent public transportation system is integrated. The main road is composed of " smart track " trains suspended at a height of 7 meters. Its branches are consisted of AI electric vehicles, which are seamlessly connected and cover the whole community. No private vehicles will be seen in the community.
