In December 1997, the corporate restructured into Jiangsu Banqiao Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. In May 2002, it was acquired by American Nordisk Company and American Jibond Company, and renamed Nordisk Pharmaceutical Jiangsu Co., Ltd.

From the 1970s to the present, the company went along the way, and it had achieved remarkable achievements. Since 1989, the company gained the citations of the governor of Jiangsu province successively, Jiangsu provincial civilized unit, the nationalSecondClassenterprise granted by the State Council, hightech enterprises in Jiangsu Province, and other honorary titles. In 1995, it was the first enterprise whose sale broken through 100 million yuan in Xinghua city. The output value and sales ranked the 5th among drug manufacturers of Jiangsu Province. Under the concern, support and guidance of leaders from all circles, Jiangsu Yuexing Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was established after the reorganization of Nordisk Pharmaceutical Jiangsu Co., Ltd. in March 2013.

As a comprehensive pharmaceutical manufacturer, the current registered capital of Yuexing Pharmaceutical is 120 million RMB. The firststage factories occupy  163458.7 square meters, and the construction area covers 136842 square meters. The company has invested 1000 million RMB to develop the products and technologies, including oral solid workshop, large and small capacity injection workshop, freezedried powder injection workshop, ect.

All the equipments and facilities in new workshop, were designed in accordance with EU GMP and standards of FDA , and the main production equipments are imported from Germany, with high degree of automation, advanced design concepts and fully automatic control procedures.
