Based on the simplicity of folk customs, Wanma Clothing has set up smart clothing workshop and modern standard plant with the total acreage of more than 20,000 square meters and 900 employees. A large amount of capitals have been invested to establish the international standard production system with the most advanced hanging transmission system and equipment, including 40 production lines with world-leading advanced technology and integrated smart production capability. 在每一批服装生产前，所用面料都要经过我们所设立的高科技服装检测实验室检验后，再投入生产。每件成衣的面辅料由线外裁片车间配好，通过智能化裁片车间裁片，分包后，线外组模板机进行专机绗线，充绒房直接充绒，打扣等。待所有线外工序完成后，整款地将衣服的物料装片到运输台，通过自动化吊挂搬运传输线，输送至车间流水线上，再由工人进行组合制造。全电脑控制，自动化吊挂搬运系统，使工人每分每秒的产量及每针每线所创造的价值都可由云系统自动算出！最大效益的保证生产时效性！生产节奏明快！每件成衣经由工人自检，专组组检，半成品检验后，送至整烫区熨烫，进行三道验收，再进入验针区进行验针，待后道部门检验后，扫描装箱。最终将优质服装保质保量的送往客户！

Before the bulk production producing , all the fabrics and trims must be tested in our high-tech test lab . The fabrics and accessories of each clothing are prepared and cut in the smart cutting workshop. After being packed, they were quilt by special template machines and filled with the down and buckles directly in the filling workshop. When all the external processes have been completed, the clothing materials are loaded into the transmission platform as a whole and then transported to the assembly line by the automatic hanging and transmission system for the workers. Full computer control and automatic hanging system make the output per minute and the value by each needle and thread to be automatically calculated by the cloud system so as to ensure the effectiveness with maximum benefit and faster production rhythm! Each garment shall be self-inspected by the workers first, then checked by the special inspection team. After the inspection of semi-finished product, it will be sent to the ironing area for ironing. Then another three inspections, it will enter the process of stitch inspection. Passed the final inspection, it will be scanned  for packing, so that the high-quality clothing will be delivered to the customer with best quality!
