MS4-N mill roll stand  can be connected with many types of base paper conveying system. For QSS300 series, the minimum size of the base paper width is 900MM, the maximum size is 2500MM.

It is standard two pairs of arm design, it can allow paper roll change without downtime.

 

The brake of mill roll stand uses pneumatic brake with multi-disk system and dual-fan ventilation. And with auto splicer, it will be full automatic tension control of paper.

SP100-N auto splicer, the maximum speed is 300m/min. Equipped with four paper guide rolls for stacking each layer of paper, and accumulated up to 4 layers for high speed splicing, each layer paper length is 4000mm to 4500mm. Applies uniform tension for both before and after the splice to maintain the quality of board and realice zero-tail.

LPH-N/2PH-N Preheater Roll

Integrated temperature control system and independent AC inverter motor to keep the preheating wheel rotating fixed speed. At high speed, the original paper drives the rotation to maintain the temperature of preheating cylinder, save steam. It can effectively adjust the paper uniform humidity. The auto wrap angle system will automatic adjust the angel of the wrapping area by  speed to realize the intelligent temperature control and management.

The cassette single facer BSF-N, is adopted positive blowing pressure design, cassette machine.

Corrugating roll change is carried by a motorized car, which is safe and reliable. it can change roll quickly within 10 minutes.

There are A, B, C, E flute for selection.

The feed inlet is equipped with a small-diameter preheater to ensure the paper feeding temperature, and assists in opening the paper fiber holes to balance moisture, which is beneficial to the penetration of glue and ensures the bonding effect of a single flute.

Two corrugated rollers of same diameter are arranged vertically with the pressure roll to reduce covibration point of the equipment ensure the stability of the single facer high-speed operation.

The different design of corrugating rollers can reduce the tension of the paper to ensure the forming effect.

The gluing unit is designed with high-precision gluing system to precisely control gluing quantity and gluing gap.

The pressure of the pressure roll can be adjusted according to the order requirements, while providing constant pressure to ensure the bonding effect of a single flute.

The whole gluing unit adopts mobile design, which can be moved out horizontally for easy cleaning and daily maintenance.

With independent AC inverter motor drive to ensure stable power output and meet the needs of high-speed operation.

FS-N Bridge

The conveying system adopts frequency conversion control and synchronizes with the speed of the single facer. Connected to the production control system, the stacking unit is equipped with electronic detection system.  According to the number of layers of stacked to adjust the production speed automatically and ensure the constant stacking quantity of bridge and avoid creases caused by transitional stacking.

Equipped with high-performance automatic bridge alignment and tension control system.

The guiding system ensures the single flute is aligned with the liner.

The tension control system ensures uniform tension of single fluting paper.

5:30 – 06:10

3LPH-N Multiple Preheater Roll

Multiple preheater integrated temperature control system and auto wrap angle system, and it will automatic adjust the angle of the wrapping area by follow the production speed. The paper guide roll with special grain in liner part to help extend the surface of liner to achieve uniform tension, making the bottom paper more suitable for lamination and improving the quality of cardboard and the effect of post printing.

2GL-N  Gluing Section
