Morimatsu Visitor HSE Notice

General Information

Please park your vehicle head towards the road.

Visitor Registration

Visitor is required to register and get the visitor’s card before entering the plant.

Special equipment, pressure vessel, chemicals used for work purpose should be registered by safety guard.

Vehicle Driving in Plant

The speed limit is 15 km/h when driving inside the plant and please slow down at the entrance and turning.

Drive in the designated lane. Pay attention to pedestrians and operational vehicles.

Emergency Evacuation

There is no fire drill today. In case of fire or other emergency, please do not use elevator. You can find the exit by following the evacuation route at the back of the door.

Please go to assembly point after you leaving the building. We need to do roll call to make sure everyone has evacuated

Smoking Area

Please only smoke in designated smoking area.

Personal Protective Equipment Requirement

To ensure visitors’ safety, we provide adequate and all-sized safety shoes, helmets, protective suits, impact-resistant

Notices for Shop Tour

Please walk within the safety road and do not stand in the track of semi-portal crane.

Worksite Risk

Do not watch the welding arc light directly which may cause discomfort to your eyes.

Do not touch the surface of weldment. The residual high temperature may scald your skin.

Please keep distance with manual welding operation to avoid inhaling welding smoke.

Burnishing and gas cutting will produce lots of high-heat spatters. Please keep distance to avoid being scalded.

Please wear the earplug for the noise might cause damage to your hearing.

Do not enter the acid pickling area. Without professional protective device, the acid gas might cause damage to your respiratory system.

If your skin is splashed with a chemical, rinse it immediately with plenty of clean water.

Eyes should be flushed out thoroughly with water at eyewash station and then seek for the medical care.

Visitor must hang out his/her name card before climbing up the module.

Please use the scaffold with qualified acceptance.

Please wear safety belt if visitor stands at the marginal area to avoid falling.

Please keep distance with the rotating product on the wheel carrier bracket.

Please stay away from the operating crane and other lifting equipment.

Don’t stand under the suspended load. It might cause serious accident.

If visitor needs to get into a confined space, a permit must be applied and acquired in advance.

Visitor is not allowed to enter the in-use NDT room to avoid the ionizing radiation.

Life jackets are prepared in inner harbor.

Do not step into marginal area to avoid falling into the water.

Please walk in the designated area and pay attention to the working vehicles such as forklift, trailer or container truck.
