BIM Report Of xxx Pipes Finishing Production Project

工程概述Project profile

本工程建筑面积74362.07㎡，工期要求304天。包含车间一、车间二、危险品库、水泵房、自行车棚、吸烟棚、管帽雨棚新建工程，室外道路、绿化、停车场、围墙等基础设施。

The construction area of this project is 74362.07㎡ and the construction period is going to be 304 days, including workshop 1, workshop 2, hazards warehouse, water pump room, bicycle shed, smoking shed, pipe and hat canopy construction project, outdoor road, greening, parking lot, fence and other infrastructure.

施工及安全文明平面布置Construction and safety civilized plane layout

按照标准化文明示范工地及绿色施工要求布置施工平面。分为：施工区、加工区、堆放区、展示区、办公区、生活区。并结合物流运输要求铺设临时道路。

The site will be divided into construction area, processing area, stacking area, exhibition area, office area, living area according to the standard civilization demonstration site and green construction requirements. Meanwhile, we will lay temporary roads combined with logistics and transportation requirements.

主要施工流程及工期节点控制Main construction process and time limit node control

车间一主要分为A~E五个区，分三个施工段流水施工。

Workshop 1 is mainly divided into five areas of A~E. We will turn it into three sections and take flow construction.

1.强夯复合地基工程Dynamic ramming composite foundation project

清理、平整场地，进行试夯，然后进行大面积强夯作业。逐次完成全部夯击遍数，最后满夯，分三个施工段流水施工。

Clean and level the site for trial ramming and then carry out large area dynamic ramming operation. Complete all ramming times one by one and finish full tamping at last. We will turn it into three sections and take flow construction.

2.桩基工程Pile foundation work

工程采用PHC管桩，桩长19m, 总计1291根，计划投入3台静压桩，分三个施工段交叉施工。The project adopts PHC pipe piles with a length of 19m and a total of 1291 piles. Three static pressure piles are planned to be put into the project, which is divided into three sections for crossed construction

3.承台基础施工Pile cap construction work

基础为桩承台基础，车间一总计328个，第一第二流水段同步施工，然后进行第三流水段施工。The foundation is pile cap foundation with a total of 328 in workshop I. The first and second flow sections are constructed simultaneously. After that, the third flow section will be constructed.

4.钢结构施工 Steel structure construction

车间一采用门式钢架结构，共有A-E 5个跨区，分三个流水段吊装。为确保里程碑目标的实现，第一第二流水段先行同步吊装。 Workshop I will be divided into 5 areas of A-E and adopt the portal steel frame structure, which is going to be hoisted in three flowing sections. In order to ensure the achievement of the milestone, the first and second sections will be hoisted synchronously in advance.

5.设备基础 Equipment foundation

本工程设备基础18000方左右，与独立基础同步施工。The total area of equipment foundation is nearly 18000 ㎡ and will be constructed with independent foundation synchronously.

6.地坪施工Floor construction

本工程车间一地坪分为金刚砂耐磨地坪、混凝土地坪、碎石地坪。每个流水段跳仓施工。The floor of this project workshop I is divided into emery wear-resistant floor, concrete floor and gravel floor. Each flow section take block-divided construction method.

7.管线碰撞Pipeline collision

我们将利用BIM技术对管线进行深化设计，有效提高施工效率。

We will use BIM technology to further design pipelines and effectively improve construction efficiency.

预计2020年5 月30  日，主体验收完成  2020年8月30日具备验收条件。穿插进行机电安装、室内装饰、管线布置等施工。It is expected to be completed on May 30, 2020 and the main body will be qualified for acceptance on August 30, 2020. Interspersed with mechanical and electrical installation, interior decoration, pipeline layout and other construction.
